You are hereby notified that on the 4th day of September 2026, an Application to Reopen Estate and Qualify Fiduciary was filed in the Probate Court of Lawrence County, Ohio, located at 111 South 4th Street Ironton, OH 45638 for the purpose of Newly Discovered Assets. A hearing on said Application is scheduled to be heard by the Lawrence County Probate Court Judge on the 9th day of November at 9:30AM. Any person objecting to the granting of said application or the appointment of the fiduciary must file their written objections with the Court on or before the scheduled hearing date.
