The Defendants, Jamie L. Campbell and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jamie L Campbell, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on June 26, 2026, the Plaintiff, NewRez LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 26FC000482, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 337 County Rd 58, South Point, OH 45680, Permanent Parcel No. 06-031-0300.000, (“Real Estate”), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Jamie L Campbell and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jamie L Campbell are required to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Jamie L Campbell and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jamie L Campbell failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff’s Complaint.
