Pursuant to Rule 4.4(A)(1) of the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure:

To: Robby Bodamer, whose last known address is unknown and the Unknown Heirs of Robert Bodamer of Lawrence County Ohio whose addresses are unknown:

You are hereby notified that a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment has been filed in the Probate Court of Lawrence County, Ohio, under Case No. 26-CI-0005, concerning the Estate of Robert Bodamer, deceased. The Court is located at 111 South Fourth Street, Ironton, Ohio 45638.

The purpose of the action is to determine the proper distribution of a life insurance policy taken out by Robert Bodamer of Lawrence County, Ohio.

You are required to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice. The last publication will be made on August 22, 2026. In case of your failure to respond, judgment may be rendered determining the distribution of insurance proceeds without further notice to you.
