Sealed bids will be accepted at the Briggs Lawrence County Public Library Fiscal Officer’s Office until 3:00 p.m. June 4, 2026 for the sale of one 28 x 78 modular building unit with skirting, steps, and handicap ramp. There is a minimum bid price of $11,000. Payment by cashier’s check. The unit is currently located at 228 Pvt. Dr. 10010, Proctorville OH 45669 and can be viewed on June 1, 2026 at 5 p.m. Send bids to Fiscal Officer, Briggs Lawrence County Public Library, 321 South 4th Street, Ironton OH 45638.
