PUBLIC NOTICE

Lawrence County Engineer Road Construction and Maintenance Materials for 2026

Sealed Bids will be received by the Administrator of The Board of County Commissioners at the County Court House Building located in Ironton, Ohio, until 11:00 a.m. local time, April 23, 2026, for the contract cost to furnish to the Lawrence County Engineer Road Construction and Maintenance Materials for 2026.

Bids must be in accordance with specifications, detailed itemized lists of bid items and quantities to be furnished, and bidding documents that may be obtained from the Lawrence County Engineer’s Office at 2810 South 12th Street, Ironton, Ohio 45638. Bidders may bid on any complete item or items desired.

Bids will be received until the time and date stated above at the Office of the Lawrence County Board of Commissioners. At which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read in the Lawrence County Auditor’s Conference Room.

The Board of Lawrence County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
