REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed proposals for the design and construction of a communications tower and related improvements at 857 County Road 105, Kitts Hill, Ohio.
Proposals will be received at the Lawrence County Commissioners Office, 111 South 4th Street, Ironton, Ohio, until 4/20/2026 at 10:00am, at which time they will be opened.

This project is subject to Ohio Prevailing Wage requirements and requires Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54.
The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous.
