To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns of Dennis M. Fleming; and the Unknown Spouses of the Unknown Heirs, Devises, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns of Dennis M. Fleming, whose addresses are unknown :
Plaintiff, The Ohio Valley Bank Company, has brought this action naming you as a Defendant, in the above-named Court, by filing their Complaint in Foreclosure on or about January 5, 2026.
The object of Plaintiff’s Complaint is to foreclose on certain real estate that you may have an interest in, the same being commonly known as 13 Township Road 1377, South Point, Ohio 45680, as more particularly set forth in the Complaint. You can obtain a copy of the Complaint by contacting the Lawrence County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas Clerk of Courts Office at 111 S. 4th Street, 3rd Floor, Ironton, Ohio 45638.
You are required to answer the Complaint against you, within twenty-eight (28) days, after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week, for six (6) consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on February 21, 2026.
In the case of your failure to answer, or respond, as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
