Defendant(s), Betty Bowles And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse of, Betty Bowles, whose last known address is 834 N. 5th Street, Ironton, OH 45638 And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, and Assigns of Betty Bowles, Deceased, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on July 13, 2026, Tax Ease OH V, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number 26FC000513, Lawrence County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Betty Bowles, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse of, Betty Bowles And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, and Assigns of Betty Bowles, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situate in the City of Ironton, County of Lawrence and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Being Lot Number Two (2) of Jon Campbell’s Addition to the City of Ironton, Ohio, as shown on the recorded Plat thereof. Being the same premises conveyed by James I. Bryant and Dorothy A. Bryant to Grantor, by deed dated September 24, 1955, and recorded in Lawrence County Deed Records, Volume 228, Page 84.

30-076-2200.000The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on September 16, 2026
