This matter came on the motion of Plaintiff, myCUmortgage, LLC, for an order directing service of process in the above-entitled action on the Terrance M Pryor aka Terrence Pryor and Audrey F Pryor aka Audrey Pryor, by publication in a newspaper of general circulation. It appearing to the Court, from the Affidavit accompanying Plaintiff’s motion, that Plaintiff’s counsel, after diligent inquiry, has been unable to ascertain the residence of defendant, Terrance M Pryor aka Terrence Pryor and Audrey F Pryor aka Audrey Pryor, either within or outside the State of Ohio. It further appearing that service of process cannot be made on Terrance M Pryor aka Terrence Pryor and Audrey F Pryor aka Audrey Pryor by any manner other than by publication.
It is hereby ordered that service of process in this action be made on Terrance M Pryor aka Terrence Pryor and Audrey F Pryor aka Audrey Pryor by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in Lawrence County, Ohio; publication be made at least once per week for three weeks; the first publication of the process within 14 days from the date of entry of this Order.
