whose last known addresses are unknown: You are hereby notified that you have been named Defendants in a legal action entitled Sheila A. Wright aka Sheila Ann Wright aka Sheila A. Wright Estate by Blair Patrick Wright, Executor vs. David W. Bowman, et al. This action has been assigned Case No. 26FC000556 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas, Lawrence County, Ohio 45638.
The object of the Complaint is to release of record the Land Installment Contract recorded in O.R. Vol. 694, Page 515, said real estate located at 507 Riverside Dr., Chesapeake, Ohio 45619 and being Parcel Nos. 24-012-0700 and 24-027-0400(Last Source of Title: O.R Vol. 641, Pg. 425; and O.R. Vol. 1222, Pg. 480, Lawrence County, Ohio Recorder’s Office).
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
