To JAMES DOUGLAS UHDE, the biological father of A. J. E. UHDE and O. L. M. UHDE, will take notice that on the 1st day of April, 2026, AARON EXLINE, filed a petition for adoption of A. J. E. UHDE, d.o.b. 5/31/2016, and O. L. M. UHDE, d.o.b. 1/31/2019 in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate-Juvenile Division of Lawrence County, Ohio, requesting the Court to grant the adoption of A. J. E. UHDE and O. L. M. UHDE, and changing their names to A. J. E. EXLINE
and O. L. M. EXLINE.
The Petition for the adoption will be heard on the 2 day of June 2026, at 9:00 AM in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate-Juvenile Division of Lawrence County, Ohio. The father shall contact
the Court at (740) 533-4341 should he wish to contest said Petition and/or be appointed Counsel.
