OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR CUSTODY

To: Corey Hatfield, Natural Father of J. H., DOB 03/16/2012, J. H. DOB 07/10/2016 and M. H, DOB 01/23/2018. You are hereby notified that on the 7th day of November, 2022, Mark Varney and Angel Varney, filed in this Court a Petition for Custody of J.H DOB 03/16/2012, J.H. DOB 07/10/2016 and MH DOB 01/23/2018. This Court, located at 111 South 4th Street, Ironton, Ohio 45638 will hear the Petition on the 29th day of June, 2023, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. A pre-trial is scheduled for May 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. It is alleged in the Petition, pursuant to R.C. Section 2151.23 (A)(2) that, these children have been residing with the Plaintiff, Mark Varney and Angel Varney, at 3279 Co. Rd. 124, Chesapeake, Ohio 45619, since November, 2022, and it would be in the children’s best interest to be placed with Mark Varney and Angel Varney as the residential custodians. It is further alleged that Corey Hatfield, is the natural father of the minor children and that whereabouts of Corey Hatfield are unknown.
